Staying fit through COVID-19


We all know the importance of keeping fit and healthy, the well documented and proven benefits of exercise are paramount for wellbeing, mental health. Keeping active and staying fit does not have to stop during the crisis we are now facing.

In light of the restrictions on movement outside of your own home I have decided to offer Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes online. Being isolated at home does not mean losing all your hard fitness work, equally, what an amazing time to commit to get fit and bring some positives out of this difficult time.
